Welcome to Audioplugmarket, an online store for audio plugins and other digital products. By accessing or using our website audioplugmarket.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or, if you are younger, that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Customer Account
To buy products and access your downloads and license keys, an account is created with your email address. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information.
- Keep your password confidential and not use it on other sites.
- Inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Be responsible for the activity carried out under your account.
Passwords are stored only as an irreversible encrypted fingerprint (hash), and Audioplugmarket will never ask you for yours. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
3. Product Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately (compatibility, format, content). However, descriptions may contain errors. If a product does not match its description, contact us and we will help you find a solution.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1
Prices
Prices are set in euros (€), include applicable taxes and may be displayed and charged in your local currency. We may change our prices at any time; the price applied is the one shown when you place your order.
4.2
Payment methods
Payment is made by bank card and the other methods offered through Stripe (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, EPS or Alipay, depending on your country), or in Kaspa (KAS). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charge of the total amount of your order. Details are given in our Terms of Sale.
5. Digital Products
All products sold on Audioplugmarket are digital downloads. After payment, a confirmation email is sent to you, and your files and license key are available in your customer account. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
6. No Refunds
Because of the nature of digital products, purchases are final and are not refunded once completed, as set out in our Terms of Sale and Refund Policy.
7. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation.
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Audioplugmarket, a member of its team, another user or any other person.
- Share, resell or publish your license keys or the files you have downloaded.
- Attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the Site or bypass its security measures.
- Behave in a way that prevents others from using the Site or that could harm Audioplugmarket or its users.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Audioplugmarket (texts, images, logos, sounds and software) belongs to Audioplugmarket or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Audioplugmarket cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Site or the products purchased on it. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Audioplugmarket against any claim, damage or cost (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or of the rights of a third party.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are published on the Site, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Orders remain governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
