This Privacy Policy explains which personal data Audioplugmarket (audioplugmarket.com, “we”) collects when you visit the site, create an account, place an order or subscribe to the newsletter, why we use it, who receives it, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights. We never sell your personal data.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Audioplugmarket. You can contact us at audioplugmarket@gmail.com or on Instagram (@audioplugmarket).
2. Data we collect
- Account and orders: name, email address, billing address, order details, license keys, downloads and invoices. The IP address used when ordering is recorded with the order to prevent fraud.
- Password: stored only as an irreversible encrypted fingerprint (hash); nobody, including us, can read it.
- Payment: handled by Stripe or on the Kaspa network (see section 4). We never receive or store your card number or security code.
- Newsletter: your email address, your language, and the date and wording of your subscription.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Visit statistics: our own measurement tool, without cookies. Your IP address and browser are turned into an anonymous identifier that changes every day; the IP address itself is not kept. We record the pages viewed, where the visit comes from (search engine, social network, etc.), the type of device and an approximate location (city), calculated on our own server.
3. Why we use it
- Processing your orders, delivering your products and licenses, managing your account and invoices: performance of the contract.
- Keeping accounting records: legal obligation.
- Preventing fraud and protecting the site and accounts: legitimate interest.
- Sending the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the link in each email or from your account.
- Measuring visits to improve the site, with anonymous statistics: legitimate interest.
- Third-party advertising or measurement tags, if we use them: only with your consent (see section 6).
4. Who receives your data
Your data is only accessible to Audioplugmarket and to the service providers needed to run the store, each for its own task:
- Hostinger: hosting of the site and sending of emails.
- Stripe: card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other methods offered, and fraud prevention. Stripe processes your payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: storage and secure delivery of the downloadable files.
- Kaspa network: a payment in Kaspa is recorded on a public blockchain (amount, addresses, date), visible to anyone, like any cryptocurrency transaction.
- Address suggestions at checkout: what you type in the address field is sent, through our server and without your IP address, to the French national address database (Base Adresse Nationale) or to Photon (Komoot).
- Bunny Fonts: supplies the typeface of the payment page.
- 0x01 platform (our own server), for the referral program: only a fingerprint of your email address and the amount of the referred order are sent.
We do not sell or rent your data. We disclose it only when required by law.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers, such as Stripe and Cloudflare, may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
Necessary cookies (no consent required): cart and session, login, language and currency, your cookie choice and the protection of forms against spam.
Optional cookies: advertising or measurement tags from third parties (such as Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Pinterest or Snapchat) are loaded only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Your choice is kept for 6 months, and you can change it at any time with the cookie settings link at the bottom of each page.
7. How long we keep your data
- Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligations).
- Customer account: as long as it exists. You can ask us to delete it at any time; order and invoice records are then kept only for the legal period.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Visit statistics: 13 months, in anonymous form.
- Messages: as long as needed to handle your request.
8. Security
The whole site uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored as hashes, payment data is never stored on our servers, download links are personal and expire, administrator access is protected by two-factor authentication, and repeated login or payment attempts are limited.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can also give instructions on what should happen to your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to audioplugmarket@gmail.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within one month. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter directly from any of our emails or from your account.
If you think your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country.
10. Children
The site is not intended for children under 15. We do not knowingly collect their data; a parent or guardian can ask us to delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
