Welcome to Audioplugmarket, the online store dedicated to audio plugins and other digital products. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms of sale set out below.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of digital products on Audioplugmarket (audioplugmarket.com). They set out the rights and obligations of Audioplugmarket and its customers when buying audio plugins and other digital content.
2. Products and Services
The products offered on Audioplugmarket are digital items available for download immediately after purchase. Each product page includes a detailed description with the essential information (compatibility, format, etc.). Although Audioplugmarket takes care to provide accurate descriptions, they may contain errors.
3. Ordering
3.1
Ordering process
To place an order, the customer must:
- Select the desired product(s).
- Review the cart and provide the required information.
- Check and confirm the order.
- Complete the payment as indicated.
3.2
Order confirmation
Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the customer. The purchased files and the license key are available at any time in the customer account.
3.3
Product availability
Products are available for download immediately after purchase. In case of a technical issue, Audioplugmarket will do its best to restore access or provide an alternative solution.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1
Prices
Prices are set in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. Depending on the customer’s country or language, prices may be displayed and charged in the local currency; the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Audioplugmarket may change its prices at any time, but the price applied is the one in effect when the order is placed.
4.2
Payment
Payment is made at checkout, using one of the methods offered:
- Bank card and other methods via Stripe. Depending on your country: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, EPS or Alipay. Payments are processed by Stripe, a payment provider certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security standard for card payments. Card details are entered in Stripe’s secure form: they never pass through Audioplugmarket’s servers and are never stored by Audioplugmarket, which keeps only the transaction reference needed to manage the order. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3D Secure).
- Kaspa (KAS). The amount in KAS is calculated when the order is placed, from the current exchange rate. The exact amount must be sent from your own wallet, to the address shown and within the time limit indicated. The order is confirmed automatically once the transaction is confirmed on the Kaspa network. After the time limit, the order is cancelled; a payment of the exact amount received within 24 hours is still recognized and the order delivered. Audioplugmarket will never ask for your private keys or your recovery phrase. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed: check the address and the amount before sending.
4.3
Invoicing
An invoice is available in the customer account (Orders section) as soon as the payment is confirmed.
5. No Right of Withdrawal or Refunds
Since the products are digital and available immediately after purchase, no refunds are possible.
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately. By completing the purchase, the customer expressly waives the right of withdrawal and accepts that no refund will be issued.
6. Delivery
The products are digital content, available for download immediately after payment.
A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if it is not in your inbox. The files and the license key always remain available in the customer account on Audioplugmarket.
7. Liability
Audioplugmarket is not responsible for compatibility issues between the purchased product and the customer’s software or systems. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the technical requirements before purchase.
Audioplugmarket is not liable for any indirect damage, loss of profit or other loss arising from the use of the products sold.
8. Intellectual Property
All products available on Audioplugmarket are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Data Protection and Security
Audioplugmarket complies with data protection regulations (GDPR). The information collected is used only to process orders and manage customer accounts, and is stored securely. More details are given in our Privacy Policy.
- Passwords. Account passwords are never stored in readable form. They are kept only as an irreversible encrypted fingerprint (hash): nobody, including Audioplugmarket, can read them. Audioplugmarket will never ask you for your password. When an account is created during an order, you receive a link to choose your own password.
- Payment data. No card number or security code is stored by Audioplugmarket (see section 4.2).
The customer may exercise the rights of access, rectification or deletion of their data by contacting Audioplugmarket at audioplugmarket@gmail.com.
10. Amendments to the Terms of Sale
Audioplugmarket may amend these Terms of Sale at any time. The new terms apply to any order placed after the date of update.
